| Integrating Dhamma is an opportunity for experienced meditators to explore the ways in which practice serves to transform our entire life — how we might more fully embody our practice and hold the awareness that freedom is available in every moment. Our work will include formal meditation, exploration of behavior using the ethical teachings, and attention to relationship in our practice communities. A strong commitment will be asked. We will meet every two weeks and will support our work together through daily sitting, assigned readings, and inquiries. We will use the suttas to nourish our engagement with the Buddha’s teachings. |
