This three-session offering focuses on developing embodied presence and understanding how you can rest in embodied awareness in any (and every) moment of your life. Each class will include guided practices, silent sitting, practice suggestions, and a short dharma talk with a focus on the Buddha’s teachings on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. Attendance at any one session or all three is welcome.

This course is offered to any student wishing to dive a little deeper into Buddhism’s basic teachings. The 16-week Monday evening class has been divided into 4 units.
